Seriously Gross,,,,have you ever??

On recent inspection of a unit which was proper notice, I found a open container of urine,,, upon asking tenant what is THAT ?? he said, my personal property... then disclosed it was what it was...

He was given Written Notice for non-compliance of lease for unsanitary conditions, with weekly inspections to follow. I also gave written non-renewal notice...tenant is month to month,,but this was so gross I was rather speechless..

Have you ever,,, ran across similar situation...
