I am in the early stages of learning about real estate investing, and through the podcasts, webinars, books, one of recurring themes has been analyzing a lot of properties and eventually funneling that done into a small number of offers, knowing that at the end of the day, the result is likely to be one deal, possibly more if fortunate.
