I am certainly no geological engineer, but based on what you've posted it sounds like there are serious ongoing earth movement issues here.

Hello People,  I am Jaime from Miami ,  and I am new wholesaler in this area and OHHH BOY  is really tough to get  a Desent deal in Miami,  anyway....Once in a while I go to visit Family in Palm Bay , Brevard county, FL and i am thinking to move to this area because is cheaper, quite and i can start doing RE business in here BUT i dont see to much movement or investor around here, thats beacuse there's no one investing in this area, or there is no inventory ?...

I dropped a bunch of mice poison in there and sealed the holes back up.After a few days I heard much less mouse movement.

Then I had to wait...three...more...days.No signs of movement from her, so the attorney started the eviction process. 

I'm no fan of Intuit, the company, and feel they perpetuate the horrible situation we find ourselves in because they make money off of it, but their software is GOOD and is thorough (for at least non-RE things), efficient (importing data, analysis v. prior years, etc) and explained a lot which was the point I was making to the preparer.

I would add that set a informal meeting or not even.... let’s say a quick 20 minute Starbucks chat and just hit her with your concerns and give it to her straight and look her in the eyes very focused on her eye and head movement and what she responds with.

But there has to be movement in that segment.
