Their income is verified and have a household income that is essentially 3x rent, but even though their credit score is good (>700 each) they have some credit card debt coming out that is just over $2k a month (some of which is student debt)Their references are strong and they appear as good tenants and thinking about signing the lease with them, but we are relatively new at this.
