Hey @Octavio Warnock-Graham - I've never bought a property without a CO, but if you think you have a great deal in your hands then you might want to start chatting with private and hard money lenders that can see the potential in the deal. 

They are also expanding into Venice Beach in LA.If you took a 5+ unit apartment and changed it into a co-living building. 

I had a co-worker who used to do something similar.

You could do the same with a tenancy in common (TIC) and a co-ownership agreement.

I have a house I would love to purchase and run as a co-living house in our small mountain town. 

I would rather just have a co-signer or make sure she has the cash to float a few months rent payment. 

Phil Ramano said the concept incubator was a fail. there is a local guy that created a co-working space for investors right off Singleton and little further west.
