West Dallas Investing

Anybody currently investing or have opinions on investing in West Dallas. Specifically 75212.

There are lots of New Builds in the area but the neighbor, currently, is not great. There has been a lot of development closer to Trinity Grove, but development has been slower along Singleton, near Westmoreland and Hampton.

Seems there is lots of growth and major potential for appreciation. Let me know your thoughts!

Very hot area....but success still a question?   Heard Phil Romano on the radio yesterday saying he was scrapping the incubator that started the whole movement.  Not working.   Has to come up with something else.   it was an investment of love, he has lots of cash, he's at a different point in his life than most of us who still have to make it make sense.   There may be opportunity, but you probably have to buy right and be patient.
