Medical buildings and Casino have really created a hot market, and it will just increase.  

Close access to lakes, ski resorts, casinos, and golf courses.Also areas like The Hideout, Lake Ariel, and Lake Wallenpaupack are worth looking into also.

I actually worked at Cache Creek Casino for a while when I went back to college late in life (at Woodland's Yuba College campus).It even flooded pretty bad back then (late 1990's). 

I live near a casino where hotels rooms are tough to come by, so a demand for short term housing may exist. 

Today I'm a very successful Treasury Manager for a Fortune 1000 company.

On the side I do security events, casino dealing, & catering.

There is no such thing as get rich quick, if you want that go to the casino with 10k and go on red.

The 10 year treasury just hit 2.86%, compared to around 2.36% in July of 2017 and the yearly low of 2% in September 2017.
