Since I was leaving the country with little knowledge I didn’t think feel it practical to invest from afar so invested my initial pot @6 % with the consideration of sometime later I’ll make the purchases.Since then, changes to the buy-to-let regulations has made UK returns far less attractive, so for now the UK is off my radar (unless persuaded otherwise!).
