I refuse to climb under vanities anymore so he tore out a bad bathroom Moen faucet (12 months old) & it's mate, then put in two Kohlers plus new HW feeds (one was leaking) for $45, (Moen finally sent a free replacement for $25 handling so we have 2 Moens as spares).

Why wouldn’t I want every spare penny in something that will grow as inflation grows?

I own too many rentals and do not have a lot of spare time.
