Because of things we can't discuss in this forum that are politcal, social, etc its just easier for these households to head into inner-ring suburbs, you can't get around the math.Remember they will be at that plant 10-30 years, with a very defined salary schedule, the people at Rock Connections will be there 6-36 Months, and their income is very unpredictable.
