Introduction; Metro Detroit Real Estate Investor

Hello BP family, my name is Shawn and I am a real estate investor located in the Metro Detroit area.  My wife and I have several rental properties and turn a tun-key property management business.  Turn-key as in the real deal, we have poured our own labor into our rentals.  I personally can do anything from framing to electrical to plumbing, etc.  We have found it harder to rely on contractor's and frankly, not many out there compete with our standards of quality for our rentals.  We are looking to connect, partner, joint-venture, hangout, etc, with other real estate investors in the area.  Let's link up!

Our specialty in this interesting time in the real estate market is renting pet-friendly homes.  As my wife is a animal behavioral specialist, she has the unique ability to help us place tenants that will care for your property.  Most responsible pet owners are able to raise a well-trained pet, and this transcends into their finances typically as well.  Along with this, we also have pet care services if needed by our tenants.  Being able to provide a tenancy experience that differs from most investors in the area is where we place our risk.

We are also both into cars, so if you share the hobby, we may have something else in common to connect with! Besides, this is motor city!

Currently, investor friendly financing has been the bane of our progress.  If you are local and have solutions on lenders that qualify rent income, let's chat!

This whole post literally made me LOL.  "Metro Detroit" is a large area - where do you have properties exactly?
