When the industry began syndication to third party portals sites, real estate agents had no idea the syndication business model will not help real estate agents.Those Syndication sites mislead and confusing home buyers and then extort money from honest real estate agents for leads on their very own inventory.

The portal did not allow me to do it myself.

I had to relocate the property on another portal, who just take the initial commission and don't hold your money back on a website.

The listing portals can be good places as well.  

Look on the RI business portal. sos.ri.gov.

Both portals not as good as BP but UK based.
