And the vacations that were put on hold will finally happen, boosting hotels and theme parks.Despite the fact that the coronavirus has had an economic impact on the homes of millions of United States citizens, there are actually many reasons why we will not see an increase in the number of foreclosures as we did during the collapse of the home more than ten years ago.

I'm a big believer in overall themes like the U.S. population moving South and West over time and the manufacturing base in the U.S. doing the same because of a more business-friendly climate, lower taxes, and an overall lower cost of living. 

But as a guest I definitely like the ability to choose a 'theme' type for my homes and probably willing to pay a premium for it. 

I am a former war/disasters correspondent for the UN, now taking time off to focus on- no suspense here-  real estate.  

I want you to notice a theme though.... 

If you listen to the podcasts there is a recurring theme of reading great books.
