Hi, everyone. My name is Wayne Neal, and I've been in the Phoenix, AZ area for almost a year now, relocating from the Washington DC suburbs. I've done a bit of everything, from landlording, rehabbing to retail, rehabbing to rent, wholesaling residential and commercial properties, etc etc.

I'm currently wholesaling nationwide - predominantly, helping large investors break up large REO packages and selling off individual properties.

I've also started brokering commercial (not just real estate) loans, and am looking forward to the opportunity to network with everyone here.
