I am a real estate agent in Pasadena, CA and I really love real estate investing but I am fairly new at evaluating it, and in the last week I have communicated with some flippers who were interested in a property that my partner and I had off market.  

My family and I reside in the charming Elizabethtown, Pa.

There are a number of houses that have mother-in -law apartments, or, as they are charmingly called in the Chicago area, "granny flats" and those can sometimes be a good buy for someone looking to get  additional rent income on an owner occupied.

Then you have Gruene and Wimberly that if they can keep their character and charm they will become some of the hottest real estate around.

I love real estate.

The house is also in the Historic District (built in 1868) and has stunning architectural charm on the outside  with a renovated interior.Also, agree with Sean on being super prepared.

@Logan Aardrup there's definitely some interesting stuff not in Missoula in terms of vacation rentals for hunters, nature lovers, hot springs, etc my family has owned a few different spots there but never in Missoula.

My primary residence for the past six years has been a small but charming condo in a converted historical mansion in Glen Park, a desirable part of the city.
