criteria for flipping houses
I am a real estate agent in Pasadena, CA and I really love real estate investing but I am fairly new at evaluating it, and in the last week I have communicated with some flippers who were interested in a property that my partner and I had off market. As an agent who usually lists on the open market, I feel like I am a rookie when it comes to chatting with flippers about a property and the criteria each one is looking for. I feel like it would be helpful if there was a checklist or a sheet that I could just fill out on each property and present it to the interested flipper. i.e. comps, what needs repair, who is looking in that certain market, etc. Is there a form that exists for all these questions flippers have, that would make it easier and I would not waste their time. Thank you for any insight.
