If there wasn't the added $$$$ for UI, if there wasn't a $1,200 stimulus, I am sure we would be in a very different world right now and would have some big troubles on that side, but we did have those "golden parachutes" and it has helped mitigate greatly.

I have seen so many people say that there were deals EVERYWHERE and I was just was getting so frustrated not being able to find the "golden goose." 

The old "golden rule" should apply to this situation and if you had just moved into this house and this was the first "welcoming event" consider how you would feel.

I think you are lucky to have such golden opportunities right in your own backyard. 

It's like selling the hen which lay golden egg. 

But, they are the ones with the money and you know the golden rule "he who has the money makes the rules".Find a mortgage broker.

If you have other liquid assets like stocks, IRA’s, Insurance ect then it’s a golden opportunity IMO assuming you have underwritten the deal, the area, and believe it will stay at least where it’s at or appreciate and you can rent it easily.

I don't think there's anything immoral or shady about it, so if that's a concern just remember the Golden Rule and treat everyone as you would like to be treated.
