So it will have to be cash only purchase but maybe you can find a cash partner who is willing to take a plunge with you.I recommend to find somebody who can teach you buying at foreclosure auction beforehand to avoid costly mistakes. 

I've had a few conversations and they all end with the recommendation to take the plunge.

I've been wanting to get into Real Estate for many years now and finally I think I'm getting ready to take the plunge.  

Glad to finally be a member, I have lurked on this site for years just reading information, finally took the plunge and signed up.

I've also been looking at auctions but haven't taken the plunge there yet due to most auctions requiring all cash purchases.

I am here to learn all I can, contribute where I can, and take the plunge (and make some friends too!).

We need to learn a bit more about this before we take the plunge.
