Hi All,

My name is Eric and I am new to real estate investing! I just stumbled into real eatate investing by purchasing a condo a few years ago, and when we bought a house last spring decided to keep the condo and rent it out! That turned me on to real estate investing, and now I'm hooked.

My short term goal is to refi the condo for a cashout to use on a 2nd investment property within the next year! Long term, I'd like to have several cashflowing properties to be able to retire early, and achieve Financial Independence!

@Eric Drewniak

Great job taking the plunge!  Most don't even get to that point so it's commendable.  Your goals are absolutely doable.

I look forward to meeting you in person in the future at one of the many local meet-ups. I suggest Black Diamond which meets in Waltham and Worcester every other month as well as the Chelmsford REIA. Mike Hurney's meet-up in Peabody is also good.

Best!

Rob
