I view the management degree with somewhat as too generic myself.

After a slew of angry calls for 6mo we switched our probate mailer to generic piece that only mentions the word probate among other factors. 

And things like United Properties, LLC or other generic words are very forgettable.

I don't know the Springs or El Paso County at all so I can only provide generic advise.

Hey KimAt the risk of sounding too generic, there's a huge price range for both of those items.

Do you sub divide it out for upgrade / repairs / upkeep etc, or have it all under a generic repairs?
