Think again, who the hell wants a stranger lurking around their house several times a week?

I'd really like the ability to solicit strangers.

Some are family members that would never lend to a stranger.

My dad has been a salesman his whole career and the advice he gave me before my venture was before i was to talk to a stranger to think of one of my friends and talk to the stranger as if he/she was my friend.

I don't know anyone who would fill out information and send it to some stranger without seeing the property.

I've never borrowed money from a stranger.

It is easier to screen than to evict although it is still your smartest option to only offer M2M leases.There is no point in handing over total control of your property to a complete stranger for a one year term.

Having a stranger approach them and basically rub their nose in their failure - even if it is simply stating that you "know" - you are going to get more doors slammed in your face than grateful sellers.
