Almost all my Tenants pay with CashApp It's a free app in iPhone - you attach a debit card from your checking to the app and when Tenants transfer money from their checking, you'll see that transaction is pendingIt takes 1-2 business days to the money to be available in your checking.

Cash App only allows debit cards.

So I wanted to set up Zelle for our LLC but have noticed in the past that I cannot make transfers to other peoples LLC Zelle accounts if I have a debit card linked to my Zelle.I am assuming that tenants will most likely be using a Zelle account with a debit card to pay rent.What do you all use in this situation?

An another landlord had to send a pre-paid Uber card for the tenant to show up to the court because the tenant said he did not the transportation.

I am kind of conservative with money so so far I have only had debit cards and checking accounts, under the philosophy "if I can't pay it I won't but it"... or as we call it in my country, being financially responsible.

I should have seen my payment wasn't debited in a timely manner (notwithstanding that the time between the tax filing and letter from IRS didn't even cross a statement cycle.)
