Furnished Finder for travel nurses
My primary residence is a mother/daughter setup and I'm just about finished renovating the small "mother" section which is essentially a studio apartment with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. We are going the furnished route and are going to target travel nurses/travel medical professionals since we are within 20 minutes or less of 8 eight area hospitals. I didn't really see much in the forums about the website "Furnished Finder" and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. It's only $99 a year to list, so it's not the money, I'm just curious about feedback. I'm also interested in any feedback on leasing to travel medical professionals. The following is what I'm looking at providing within the scope of "furnished" as well as some other highlights:
-Keurig
-Microwave
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Linens
-WiFi
-Cable (Fios) with DVR and HBO
-Flatscreen TV
-Double bed
-Apartment cleaning and laundry ( this would be built into the rent) I'm not open to letting the tenant into the section of the house where our washer and dryer are and putting one in the apartment isn't an option at the moment. My thought to overcome the laundry issue is to provide "free" laundry up to 65 pounds per month for wash/dry fold. We can get the wash/dry/fold done for .79 cents per pound and the laundromat is right next to my wife's employment. As for apartment cleaning, my thinking is that I would rather know the condition of the apartment throughout the lease and make tenant turnover easier rather than waiting until the end of the lease.
-NYC express bus (40 minutes) bus stop is directly across the street
-Off-street parking
When I did speak with Furnished Finder they said I was right on target for rent of about $1300-1400 due to my location (hospital proximity and close proximity to NYC)
Please let me know your thoughts.

Paul Sandhu, im sorry you haven't had good experiences with travel nurses. I am a travel nurse, and I can tell you most of the ones I have met are a lot like me. You go to work, get home, shower, eat and go to bed. And on your days off, if you are in a nice place, you go out to see what the area has to offer as far as recreation. Most nurses are there to work, make money, and experience a new area. So while you may see a little more wear than a shorter AirBNB since they are actually living there for a couple months, you usually won't see any problem from them throwing parties, punching holes in the wall or anything like that.
