While I have had no corporate sellers call me yet I am new to this process but I send them a postcard anyway. 

As far as leads, I filter my list before I send letters or postcards to get more quality leads.

I market through post cards and google adwords to NOO.So far this month, I have received 8 leads/calls through the advertising mentioned above which is currently costing $106/lead.

I’ve been wanting to do something outside the box of your typical postcard mailer, text, and phone call campaigns in looking for off market deals to buy distressed assets for cash. 

Basically, a postcard goes out with a phone number for them to call.

You mentioned letters, but have you tried post cards? 

I am supposed to receive 1000 postcards shipment by tomorrow. 

I’ve had luck with Craigslist, FB marketplace, direct mail, postcards, and a few others methods.
