Billboards for Cash Buyer Marketing

Hi everyone!

I’m an investor and I buy homes for cash in the Northern Virginia area. I’ve been wanting to do something outside the box of your typical postcard mailer, text, and phone call campaigns in looking for off market deals to buy distressed assets for cash. 

I’ve been thinking of marketing using a billboard on a heavily traveled route in my target area (appx. 235k weekly views).

Have other investors on BP tried this? If so, what was your ROI? Was it worth it?
