Hey Stephen Moore, land is an awesome investment, but ONLY IF you can buy it at the right price.

I've bought and sold dozens of vacant land properties over the past few years and made a killing on almost all of them. The only reason I was able to do this was because I knew how to buy them cheap enough.

In my opinion, land is just as awesome (and profitable) as flipping houses, but WITHOUT all of the work and headaches that come with flipping houses.

Buying land at tax sales is one way to go, but I've found it to be much more difficult that way - because usually, you have to deal with an army of competition. I've bought the vast majority of mine through various direct mail campaigns... which has been very effective at getting me in touch with a lot of motivated sellers.
