Regarding next steps, I agree that the best way to approach this would be to have one person act as boots on the ground and the other person handle the back office related items.

I think that’s a great first step to do some of the leg work on potential financing for buyers.

I was approached by Avantstay and wondered if anyone in this forum has had experience with them from owner point of view.
