Do you scrub the list or skip trace prior to mailing out?

Parse out Companies/LLC's - most skip trace companies do not provide phone numbers for companies You still need to find cell phone numbers but you are on your way to becoming a list scrubbing ninja 

The planter outside required both of us for 4+ hours, walls needed scrubbing, oven and behind oven needed serious cleaning, bathrooms needed scrubbing, etc. we chose to do a most of the cleanup ourselves and I want to be reasonable.

Some crews will charge by item: wall scrubbing $xx, fridge $xx, stove $xx, blinds $xx etc.

We ripped out all carpets, hired a kennel cleaner to scrub and disinfect the tile floors, scrubbed the walls and ceilings with bleach and water and painted everything with Kilz.
