Slow and steady wins the race as the old timers say.

I'm determined to get out of the rat race ASAP and with one multifamily I think I can achieve that (much much faster than SFRs at the very least).

He's about 5 mins from a boat launch, no better place to watch the hydro races than on the water.

Now we are off to the races!

Lake co in the last 3 years has seen half of the entire county burnt.. our Family ranch of the 60s got wiped out this Aug that fire burnt almost 400,000 acres but not nearly the amount of structures.the Tubbs fire last year started in Calistoga ( Tubbs Lane) and raced west and took out a good portion of north Santa Rosa 5,000 homes lost.. then the atlas peak fire at the same time in southern Napa county came roaring down and took out about 100 plus homes at Silverado ( where i lived ) many of my friends lost their homes.. 

IMO, it's better than relying on the rate race.

Hello, In deciding to exit the Rat race, I have decided (After a full year of research) to purchase a franchise. 

(It wasn't a fair race for turbotenant, since I didn't use them from the beginning, but it wouldn't be a fair race for the rest if I had used them from the beginning, since they would have sent ads to the rest ;)
