I dare you to post just one. 

IE they move out and you find $2k worth of damages, and then they fight back that they made the place so much nicer how dare you (when the floor was only $500).

Dare to dream of what balance you want and what you want your week to look like and map out a business plan of how you would do it in 6 months.

I spoke to attorneys in my area, and that's the way they'll dare to handle exchanges. 

If they come back saying that “how dare you low ball me” simply ignore them and move to the next until you have 3-5 reg priced homes that have a DOM of 120-180 completed by sending a low ball offer.  

Dare I say it, there are even properties that will have negative cash flow in year 1 that are good long term investments.  

Most people take a long time before they dare to buy the first property.
