They have outfits that only facilitate 1031's with a supervising attorney/CPA.

You may have heard of land in places like the "Sangre De Cristo Estates" sold by BillyLand or other similar outfits.  

Several outfits only offer the inspection.They should be licensed in Indiana through Professional Licensing Agency, carry General and E&O insurance, send you digitally documentation with photos and videos, and offer other items as part of the inspection package. 

Go to any local bank or credit union, not a national outfit, and ask for commercial lending.

But there are a few weird outfits that may prefer or almost infer they require it. 

They are in the top 20 biggest real estate outfits when it comes to accruing institutional capital, have 4000 employees, and have $22 billion in assets under management.Yet I can't really find much about them online re: reviews, and there doesn't seem to be one mention of them on BP! 

Calling someone an "employee," but putting them on 1099, and paying them the same as what W2 people with benefits get, is a huge rip-off that many Fortune 500s, as well as smaller outfits, perpetuate.
