I do agree it sounds like a scam especially if they use the words "too good to be true" but what's the harm in seeing if they are legit like some of the people have mentioned on this thread?

No harm making offers based on value and amount of time a house has been sitting.

I would love it if the metal scrappers would stop buying small amounts of copper.. that right there causes a lot of harm to landlordssome of these ya hoos  will snip a 8 inch section of copper tubing .. there by ruining your system to get 1 dollars worth of copper.. and cost us 1500 to 2k..

Great job 809 credit score. 12 hits on criminal record the worst being battery with intent to cause physical harm (3 counts total) and Burglary of a Dwelling.

I recently paid off 60% of my car (I didn't want to pay off the whole thing because I felt it would harm my credit.) leaving me with a principal amount of around 4k.

He stated that he is legally unable to harm either party, but doesn't have that fiduciary responsibility.
