HI BP, My name is Bryce Spraggins, from Jacksonville Fl. I have been interested in investing since my teen years and have read a lot over the years about it but have never put anything into action. Last year was the turning point for me as I made more money in a single year than I ever had before. Working all the over time I could at my job almost clearing six figures. When I looked back I was still in the same amount of debt if not more, it was like an extra 30,000 disappeared and I had nothing to show for it. So... I read the richest man in Babylon and started following its teachings. My debt is under control and I have a savings account just for investments. I decided to get my real estate liscense and should be liscensed by the end of Oct. I am interested in buy and hold strategy and hope to purchase my first rental by the end of this year. After all these years of analysis paralysis I am finally doing something and it feels good. Thanks BP community
