One thing that has worked well for me is spreading my budget over a 5+ touch campaign where I send mail to the same list multiple times to stay top of mind and create some familiarity.

History tells us that as soon as people get out of their holding period, there will be an hyped marketing campaign and then the coins will flood whichever exchange supports trading of them.

@David Cianci, from a marketing side: think about thought leadership campaigns, but also knowing how to define a customer base, develop messaging that resonates with this customer's pain points, and offering a clear solution for them.  

For that reason, our cold outreach campaigns target only individually owned properties. 

I'm relieved, but surprised Hobbs hasn't pushed on the "giving restriction choices back to local municipalities", as that was a big part of her campaign platform.

However, despite having some success, I find myself at a plateau, struggling to grow my list further and enhance its quality.I've employed standard practices such as networking at local real estate events, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing email marketing campaigns.

In order to obtain homes in a competitive market, be open to investigating various financing options.Off-Market Deals: Take the initiative to look for off-market deals by using internet resources, direct mail campaigns, or money-driven searches to locate motivated sellers who might be willing to sell their homes for less than market value.In the end, success in the SLC real estate market comes from perseverance, understanding the market, and being flexible enough to adjust to shifting circumstances.
