Getting ready to send out my first batch of checks in place of letters. 

Regarding a Series LLC...when you say it is basically a batch of LLCs that are treated as one big LLC, is this meant as far as taxes are concerned (meaning I can file taxes only once as the "big" LLC - thus saving me the headache and money of filing many individual returns)?

I always suggest sending your first batch in your campaign through first-class mail because you'll know which addresses are undeliverable.

For instance, in my last batch of letters I sent to absentee senior homeowners, I made it sound like my family and I were looking for our first home.

They have a whole batch of 3-5 minute videos that walk you through how to use it.

The first batch of people complained about the cleaning schedule, so we modified it and now anyone who moves in knows how we clean upfront.

We have not seen much middle value band assets trading lately in small batches.  

Maybe this batch of SSNs are all from 1985-1988 for example, which is something I see on a lot of credit reports, and it'll give me a ping if the birthday I entered doesn't line up with that.

At scale, some larger investors will decide to batch several properties into a single LLC.
