Finding a Deal Through Direct Mail

Hey BP community! I am working to better increase the response rate of my direct mail marketing tactic, and wanted to see if anyone can provide some pointers. I feel it is important to express to the home owner that you have a genuine care for wanting to help the home owner resolve their debts. I have been trying to convey this thought as best I can, but wanted to see if anyone had some suggestions when it came to using certain keywords, or wording that has proven successful for them in the past. Thank you!
