How to do price match between 2 LENDERS

Borrower currently goes with LENDER A, but LENDER A ends up with very high interest rate and fee.To do price match, I would like to ask whether I need to show LENDER A the lower rate & better fee from LENDER B's rate engine on their portal?

Looks like 80817 is $3460 for a 4br: https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/fmr/fmrs/FY2024_code...Though of course when you take out utilities and such, that number is a lot closer to market rate nominal rent.

But I use to be able to link the property management portal to my bank account in case I need to contribute fund to the property management company's account.My accountant is willing to charge a small fees and handle the above payment for me, however I might have a bigger amount due to IRS after completing the 2023 TR (for capital gain tax), so I am not sure if I am comfortable to send my accountant a large amount and she then pay IRS.Also would anyone recommend any good / reliable accountant for my TR 2022 and 2023, who is also familiar with FIRPTA withholding?

I would give that email address out to whomever in writing; it could also be given by a website portal that handles subscriptions and the like.Whether you should do that or not is not my call; whoever manages the property would have to go along with that.
