Lifestyles Unlimited is and the RICH Club are probably the two best places in town for education, outside of BiggerPockets.In regards to networking, Jet Lending has the biggest networking event each month. 3rd Wednesday of each month at Texans Grille in City Centre.I agree with Account Closed, your income from Medical Devices Sales should be more than sufficient to get you in a few houses.

You can confirm by sticking a sheet of toilet paper against the grill cover and see if it sticks.

The next meeting is set for Sept. 26 2015, 6:00 pm at RE Investors Meetup in Hot Springs AR at Brick House Grill.

We also signed up for another one on Sept. 22 at 7pm at the C K Grill & Bar in Lathrop. 

Last time around instead of the front of the house I posted the awesome backyard with grill, fireplace and counter.

You should come meet some of them at the next meet-up I host the last Monday of each month at Hudson's Grill in Kennesaw. 

Like a 100 dollar fine if you grilled on the deck, etc. 

There's a meet-up for BP members on June 30th from 6-9 at Rally Point Sport Grill in Cary (1837 Harrison Ave) so if you're free come on by.

They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees.
