Absolute newbie from Southern Oregon
Hello BP my name is cody from here in the beautiful Pacific northwest I live in Medford oregon with my wife and 3 kids. I am absolutely brand new to the entire realm of what is real estate. I currently work and have worked for the better part of the last 10 years as a professional tree climber/ certified arborist. I have been interested in real estate for some time now but have been focused on getting my wife through college for the medical industry. I am a complete knowledge junkie so any advice tips or tricks to help me on my journey I have open ears thanx

Welcome.
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
Two Great reads, I bought both J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses, The Book on Estimating ReHab Costs http://www.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook
