Hello Everyone! I am new to investing and I just moved to the Raleigh NC area. I landed a job here in the RTP and I just moved from the DC area (a great move). I wanted to meet some other and discuss new investing opportunities in RTP.

Welcome to the site and the area! Our market is on fire right now...a lot of buyers but not enough inventory is the story I continuously tell. Multi-family properties are even harder to come by (or at least quality ones at a fair price) but not impossible to acquire. There's a meet-up for BP members on June 30th from 6-9 at Rally Point Sport Grill in Cary (1837 Harrison Ave) so if you're free come on by. If not, no worries as it's become sort of a reoccurring monthly event so there'll be more in the future. Stay active on this site and good things will happen!
