During my search I've been intrigued by Vegas due it's robust population growth and recent wave of development with the new sports teams on the way.

We have several professional sports teams you can watch on TV, a metro area population over 1 million, and after all we are the state capitol with a lot of political power and control in running things for the state.If you're from the Bay, you can come visit the downtown / midtown area of Sacramento and almost feel right at home.

Most of these towns are sporting some serious r/e taxes, so do your homework and watch for a sleeper.

I have spent significant amount of time investing in my community here locally: I'm a member of Church groups, I play music for my kids school, I built an indoor sports arena in my community, started a real estate investment club, and also paid for speed of network by buying into various masterminds.So, yes, the network helps.  

I enjoy fishing, being outdoors, traveling, playing sports, and new experiences.
