Las Vegas Property Multi-Family/SFR - NEED REALTOR!

Thomas Van aken
Posted

Hey guys,

I'm starting to really amp up my search for a new investment property and as much as I NEVER wanted to invest outside of So-cal (where I live) I'm beginning  to think outside the box. During my search I've been intrigued by Vegas due it's robust population growth and recent wave of development with the new sports teams on the way. I'm looking for a few things....

What areas do you see "starting to turn" in Vegas? It looks like there is a lot of attention on revamping the old vegas with a lot of Air Bnb's popping up. I'm thinking maybe a multifamily complex in that area would eventually become a great spot to be in the coming years?

Also, any insight into SFR investing would be great as well but currently I'd like to have one property manager for one building so might as well go Multi-family.

To reciprocate value for your answers....if you are looking to house hack in southern California and looking to live for free (works well when you're young) go ahead and drop me a message.

Happy investing!
