My name is Jay Simpson. I was born and raised here in Las Vegas, Nevada. I enjoy fishing, being outdoors, traveling, playing sports, and new experiences. I listen to the BP podcast on a daily basis and have a goal of listening to every single episode. Currently listening to Episode 38 as we speak. I am very interested in learning all aspects of real estate as much as a possible. My long term goal is to buy and hold and be my main source of income.
