Look If you don’t want them find another reason to screen them out it’s not rocket science .dont just rent to any low IQ mouth breather that shows up with a voucher in his back pocket because your scared of discrimination

@Arthur Fuller II I would ask the listing agent the lowest the offer the seller would consider.One of my favorite sayings is “Closed Mouths Don’t Get Fed.”

I can afford to spend more now, but I know it doesn’t make me happier, so I just keep having plenty of money to spare.

I found those few properties by auctions and word of mouth. 

Also, all of this contact has been through our agent, so we're not sure if the agent is putting words in this person's mouth to try to make us take action.

For the entire length of ownership we have relied on two marketing strategies..word of mouth from our guests and vrbo.  

I had thought of using the exact same thing only difference I was gonna use word of mouth also, instead of just Facebook I personally don't see this as illegal but maybe someone else will know something I don't.
