Facebook contest... Is this legal?
Can I offer a referral bonus to my followers from my company for any properties that I close on? I am not a licensed Realtor. Which I know they can't pay a finders fee. However is there anything stopping me from running a like/share contest?
Seems like it could be a great way to boost our following and even get some leads.
"We are offering a cash prize to anyone who brings us a home we close on. Like and Share to be eligible. If one of your friends call us and mentions your name get _______ cash!"
Something to that affect. We normally post motivational quotes, deals we close on, and general updates. Looking to make it more involved.

It most likely will be seen by Facebook as a contest. I don't know what the rules are for Facebook contests/sweepstakes, but there are some restrictions. Make sure to read them if you move forward with this plan.
