I am going to work on writing a book, dropping 40 pounds, further systematizing my business, hiring a full time assistant, starting a family, and starting up some syndicates as I am getting increasing demand for investors wanting to place capital with me.

There are all kinds of new people in the pool, so for a lot of us it's time to sell off  the unwanted properties and shift gears.

The interior panel, at some point had been updated to current standards so I felt like if we were in for a penny, we were in for a pound.

I'll be making calls this week to start vetting out lenders and getting pre-approved so we can start pounding the pavement for deals, but would appreciate any recos to get started.
