My question is: If I purchase a house in my business name and rehab it, let say in 6 weeks or so. Can I then turn around and get a personal loan from the bank and sell it to my self for the appraised value? Btw Happy Holidays my BiggerPockets Family!

@Guy Noel I sort of did this. Bought in llc with private cash to get a distressed property quickly and refinanced into my own name with a bank two months later with cash out refi.
