The competition is too saturated in this niche.At a high level, my recommendation is to pivot.

What measures do you take to differentiate yourself from the competition and highlight your property in a saturated market?

The market is saturated,but I would still build 30 wide units with a mix of 15/15 and 20/10depths.

It does seem the market is fairly saturated and unsure how regulated STR is in those jurisdictions.  

The market is saturated as well with STR and the sellers know it.

And a lot do.I read an article recently that was examining the threat of over saturation, but the article also says most people aren't all that worried about it.

Due to this demand, many jumped onto the MTR bandwagon and the markets saturated.

The area was saturated and those that made their money made it already.

Secondly, consider the fact that there is an extremely high hotel saturation level.

In hindsight, I should’ve moved forward with a third party lender… today, I often wonder if Seattle is getting over saturated with the storage units in every category (bare bones, climate controlled, etc)
