Considering purchasing investment properties in Southside, Pittsburgh, PA.  Anybody have views on strength of rental market there?  Rents look compelling relative to price, but it looks like it properties may be difficult to rent due to oversupply on market.

I hate to be a wet blanket here, but on Sunday I was with a property manager friend and she is telling me that she is get lots of requests from new clients who can't get their south side properties to cash flow.  Apparently the rents are sliding downward and these guys paid prices that are not sustainable.
