There is no monthly or yearly fee for cloud connect, because the cloud connection is just a portal into the DVR.

Well, my Vanguard portal tells me that my investments there have returned over 15% over the past 12 months. 3 and 5 year returns for me are at 13%, and even my 10 year returns, covering the bear market of 2007-8 is over 10%.
